Terms of Service
These terms explain what you can expect from OccasionMelo and what we expect from you.
1. Your account
You need an account to order songs. Keep your password private and give accurate contact details so we can deliver your song and order updates.
2. Orders and tokens
Each song you order uses 3 tokens and each Shorts render uses 1 token. Tokens are deducted when a song is delivered or when a Short is rendered. Token packs are non-transferable and have no cash value.
3. The story you submit
You confirm you have the right to share the names, details and story you submit, and that they contain nothing unlawful, hateful or infringing. We may decline requests that break these rules.
4. How you can use your song
Your delivered song is yours to play, gift and post on social platforms, including in Shorts you create here. Reselling the song as a stock or production-library track is not allowed.
5. Sharing publicly
Songs stay private unless you switch them to public in My music. When public, only the occasion, recipient first name, style, language, title and audio appear in Explore — never your email, phone or private story.
6. Delivery and revisions
We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown on your plan. If something in your song is wrong, contact us and we will work with you on a fix.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. Continuing to use OccasionMelo after an update means you accept the current version.
