Why we use it
To create and deliver your song, keep your dashboard timeline accurate, send order updates, and manage your song credits.
What stays private
Your email, phone, private story, promo codes and payment references are never visible to other visitors. Only you can see them in your dashboard.
What becomes public if you choose
When you switch a song to public, Explore shows only the occasion, recipient first name, music style, language, song title, play count and the audio itself.
Storage and security
Data is stored in our managed backend with row-level access rules so each account can reach only its own records.
Your choices
You can make any shared song private again at any time, update your contact details, or contact us to request deletion of your account and orders.
